Tandy Leather reserves the right to refuse to produce or publish any item or content that it believes, in its sole discretion, is or might be considered inappropriate or offensive. This includes, but is not limited to, any item deemed by Tandy Leather to be discriminatory, racist, offensive, obscene, vulgar, profane, inflammatory, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate and/or objectionable.
By submitting and work to Tandy Leather for production, you recognize and agree that: (1) Tandy Leather may have created, received or had access to, or may in the future independently create, receive or have access to, ideas and other creative work from other sources, which may be similar or identical to your submission; and (2) you will not be entitled to any compensation (for copyright or otherwise) for Tandy Leather’s use of any such similar or identical idea or creative work.
