Create smooth, polished leather edges with the Craftool® Nylon Edge Slicker. This durable nylon tool helps compress and smooth leather fibers to create a clean, professional finish on belts, straps, and other leather projects. The single groove design provides a consistent burnishing surface, while the non-porous nylon construction is easy to clean and works well with burnishing solutions. Dampen prepared leather edges with a burnishing agent, then rub with the slicker to quickly smooth and refine edges. The Nylon Edge Slicker can also be adapted for use with an electric drill for faster burnishing. Pair with Edge Bevelers to prepare leather edges before burnishing
