Instructions:

Laser Engraved Key Fob

Apply Leather Dye to your Veg-Tan
Apply Saddle Lac to seal your leather
Laser Engrave/Cut

Insert your design into your laser engraving software
Set your settings for engraving and cutting leather

Be sure to set layer order to engrave first then cut

Turn on air assist
Focus
Begin

Clean & Finish with Leather Balm
Apply your Split Key Ring with Double Cap Rivets

Tooled Key Fob

Wet your leather with a sprayer or sponge
Print out the tooling design
Place design over the leather and trace with a ballpoint pen
Cut into the traced design with a swivel knife
Stamp the carved out areas
Allow to dry
Cut out the key fob and punch holes for Double Cap Rivets
Apply Dye or Antique Stain
Apply Saddle Lac
Add Split Key Ring and Double Cap Rivets
