    Instructions:

    Laser Engraved Key Fob

    • Apply Leather Dye to your Veg-Tan
    • Apply Saddle Lac to seal your leather
    • Laser Engrave/Cut
      • Insert your design into your laser engraving software
      • Set your settings for engraving and cutting leather
        • Be sure to set layer order to engrave first then cut
      • Turn on air assist
      • Focus 
      • Begin
    • Clean & Finish with Leather Balm
    • Apply your Split Key Ring with Double Cap Rivets

     

    Tooled Key Fob
    • Wet your leather with a sprayer or sponge
    • Print out the tooling design
    • Place design over the leather and trace with a ballpoint pen
    • Cut into the traced design with a swivel knife
    • Stamp the carved out areas
    • Allow to dry
    • Cut out the key fob and punch holes for Double Cap Rivets
    • Apply Dye or Antique Stain
    • Apply Saddle Lac
    • Add Split Key Ring and Double Cap Rivets
