Current General Shipping Information

• Orders may take up to 7 business days to ship
• Orders may be delayed further if there is inclement weather
• Our warehouse does not operate on Saturdays & Sundays

General Shipping Terms:

• Non-contiguous US states and territories like Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from free shipping promotions and are subject to different shipping flat rates. See the checkout page for the current shipping rate.
• Orders outside of the United States are excluded from free shipping promotions and are subject to different shipping rates. See the checkout page for the current shipping rate.
• Commercial orders are not eligible for free shipping offers. Commercial customers are responsible for paying freight.
• Some large, palletized, or heavy orders do not qualify for shipping promos. If your order does not qualify for a shipping offer, a customer service representative will contact you with a new shipping quote.
• Free shipping threshold promotions may be discontinued at any time without notice.
  
• Orders shipped to PO Box or APO addresses may take 3-6 weeks to arrive due to USPS delays.
• Orders may take up to 7 business days to process through our warehouse.

Hazardous Materials Surcharge:

If a package contains one or more items classified as a Flammable or Hazardous good, a Hazardous Material Surcharge will be passed to the customer. This fee will be calculated at checkout and is not eligible for free shipping offers.

Special Order Shipping Terms:

Special Order items ship directly from the supplier to your door and are subject to different shipping procedures and policies. Please reference the list below for more information. Orders may be delayed further than listed below due to inclement weather.

TandyPro® Cowboy Outlaw

TandyPro® by Leather Machine Company

• Special Order items will ship separately from other items in your order.
• May take up to 7 days to receive your Shipping Confirmation. You will receive Shipping Confirmation for other items in your order in a separate email.
• Tracking information for Special Order items will be different from additional items in the order
• On the day of shipment, customers will receive an email with their shipment details including the carrier information, carrier phone number, and tracking number.
• Customers will be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery.
• Customer must be on-site at time of delivery to sign for package after inspection.
• Additional shipping charges will vary from item to item.
• Carrier will only deliver to ground floor of customer’s address.
• Carrier will not assist in unpacking the pallet or place the goods inside any home/facility.
• Do not sign for the delivery until you have fully unwrapped and inspected your order. If you cannot inspect at the time of delivery you must mark "Not Inspected" on the delivery form. Failure to do this may result in damage claims not being accepted.
• The item may arrive on multiple pallets and may require a second person to assist with carrying items up any stairs.
• Shipping on returned Special Order items is non-refundable
• Shipping times will vary by destination.
• Special Order items cannot be canceled.
• Special Order items from LMC are not eligible for returns or exchanges, please read the return policy before purchasing.
